can be ordered, so nothing can be shipped, and no delivery times are being quoted.
What will be published here first
Selling physical objects across borders means committing to specifics. Before the shop opens,
this page will state:
- the countries and regions we ship to, and any we do not;
- the carriers used and the service level, with no invented delivery windows;
- the handling time before dispatch, which is separate from transit time;
- shipping costs, and how they are calculated at checkout;
- whether prices include import duties and taxes or whether they are payable on delivery —
a distinction that changes the final cost to you, and which will be stated plainly and
not buried;
- how tracking is provided, and what to do if a parcel stops moving;
- what happens if a parcel is refused, undeliverable, or seized at customs;
- anything we cannot ship because of material, carrier or import restrictions.
On duties and taxes especially — this is the single most common surprise in
cross-border buying, and we will not leave it to a footnote. The answer will be written on
this page in plain language before the first order is possible.
