Why we mark them honestly — a tool that looks finished but is stubbed out is worse than one that is obviously absent. Only the Element Balance Finder is live; the other three are listed so you know they are coming, not because they work.

How the live tool is built

What it does, and where it stops.

The Year pillar switches at 立春, not at New Year and not at Chinese New Year. The Month pillar switches at each of the twelve 节. Both are taken from a solar-term table covering 1900–2030, and the Day pillar comes from the Julian day count. The engine was verified against a reference implementation across 627 test cases with no algorithmic mismatches.

Two known limits, stated up front: the solar-term table stores terms to the minute, so a birth inside the same minute as a seasonal transition may land on either side; and this build does not correct for true solar time by birth longitude, which can shift the hour pillar for births far from their timezone meridian.
